The stay at Alteza Polanco was enjoyable due to its spacious rooms and helpful staff. The size of the rooms exceeded my expectations, providing plenty of space to work comfortably. Several amenities like ironing facilities, mini-bar, and free toiletries made the visit more convenient. I found the location excellent, right in Polanco, with easy access to various transportation options and nearby shopping, which added to my experience. However, the breakfast timing posed a challenge. The restaurant closed at 11:30 am, limiting options for late risers, which was inconvenient. Also, some facilities seemed dated, and the loud music during breakfast affected the atmosphere. With a bit of renovation and extended dining hours, this hotel could really shine.
